All projects follow a well-defined process that begins with assigning a dedicated project manager to oversee the project and guide the team towards successful implementation.

Based upon years of experience, Data-Rite Systems Group, Inc. has developed a custom project management system that keeps track of all aspects of our proprietary software development methodology. This ranges from scope definition and requirements gathering to test planning, bug tracking, and post-implementation change management.

We value client's involvement and feedback throughout the project. To accommodate this, our web-based system allows clients to view the progress of their applications and monitor the status of the project at any given moment. In addition, your project manager provides you with weekly status reports, at minimum, and is always available to you should you have any questions or concerns about your project.
