Management Team

Michael Feldman, President
Mike Feldman is an expert in creating highly customized, Web-based applications. He has over 20 years of hands-on experience in database technology and software development. With a proven track record for building robust, scalable, N-tier applications, Mike also takes great pride in his company's ability to provide the technical and business expertise and superior project management skills that consistently earn his company repeat business and referrals. Mike is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Trainer, and a frequent speaker at the Advisor-DevCon Conferences. A former regular columnist at Advisor magazine, Mike also was an instructor of client-server applications at Baruch College. Prior to founding Data-Rite, he worked as a project manager for TIAA-CREF, the largest pension holder in the country, developing enterprise level databases, and was a programmer for Monarch Financial Services.

Rick Padget, Partner, Chief Data Officer
Rick joined Data-Rite in 1999. Rick has over 15 years of experience in database technology and modeling, programming, business analysis, and project management. Rick is the lead on many of Data-Rite's large scale projects. Rick's outstanding dedication, leadership and mentorship, have made him an invaluable asset to the organization. Rick holds a degree in Software Engineering from Baruch College.

Will Rodriguez, Partner, Chief Technology Officer
Will began his tenure with Data-Rite as a Junior Software Developer. Due to his exceptional talent and hard work, Will was promoted to Senior Developer and then to CTO in less than 4 years. As CTO, Will ensures that all Data-Rite's programming and development standards are kept up-to-date and followed by the staff. He is responsible for keeping Data-Rite up to speed in new technologies and for monitoring the technical training program of the development team. Will graduated Cum Laude from the City College of New York where he earned a degree in Computer Science. He is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer and a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
